Since moving back to Bentonville Arkansas, a few things have changed. The biggest, while I’m waiting for the studio to be completed, is that I have been able to offer in-home newborn sessions to my new clients here in NWA. It has been to fun to see these little families in their own element. Even though it can be a pain in the patootie lugging my studio around with me, I have loved being welcomed into my clients’ homes.

I met little Liam’s sweet mom and dad a few months ago at church and came to find out that we are also going to be neighbors once our home is finished. So lucky me, I get to see this handsome little face all I want :)

I asked his beautiful Mama to share a little about her precious little boy. So without further adieu, allow me to introduce you to the most handsome little fella, Liam.

“I told my family that I was pregnant at Christmas time. I told them that I got them a present but it wouldn’t be here for nine months. One sister got it right away, the other was a little confused…”

“My favorite part of being pregnant was feeling my baby kick and move in my belly. My least favorite part was trying to find clothes that would fit that last month!”

“I started “nesting” as soon as the morning sickness wore off and didn’t stop until just before he was born.  my house has never been so clean and organized!”

“He looked exactly the way I expected when he was born! Daddy kept thinking he would be a little blonde baby just like he and I (and our daughter was) but I always “saw” dark hair in my head when I tried to picture him.

And Mama’s advice to new parents: “Prep with supplies around the house (clothes, diapers, binkies, snacks for you) in a couple areas.”
