I was lucky enough to meet Annika’s beautiful family before she ever came in for her posed studio newborn session. I photographed their Maternity session in Fayetteville just a few weeks earlier and then I saw them again less than 24 hours after she was born, in their little hospital room in Siloam Springs. It has been such a joy being able to get to know this beautiful family and watch Morgan and Joseph gracefully become parents. Annika is one very lucky girl.
She slept so beautifully during her entire session, only waking at the very end to eat and falling right back asleep for one more pose. I loved their family photos especially; and incorporating her mom and dad’s hands into so many of their images too. It really gives you a feel for just how tiny and precious she is. She most certainly wont fit that way for long.
